Working With Us

Most people who reach out already know something needs to change. They’re not looking for someone to tell them that. They’re looking for someone who can help them see it clearly and do something about it.

How we work

Lexn works in four modes depending on what the situation demands.

1. Fractional leadership

Senior people and culture expertise working across your organisation part-time and retained. The scope and title depend on where the organisation is. For high-growth businesses this often looks like a fractional Chief People and Culture Officer. For more established organisations it typically operates at Director level. The work is ongoing, embedded, and builds capability over time.

2. Interim leadership

Full-time, for a defined period. For organisations navigating a significant transition, covering a gap at senior level, or needing someone to lead a specific programme of work from the inside. For founders who need a senior operator close to the day-to-day detail through a period of scale or change, this can also take the form of an interim Chief of Staff. The work is intensive, focused, and leaves the organisation in a stronger position than it arrived in.

3. Advisory and project work

Focused engagements with a clear scope and outcome. Diagnostics, capability assessments, facilitation, culture work, performance infrastructure. For organisations that know what they need and want it done well and without unnecessary complexity.

4. Speaking and events

Keynotes, leadership events, all-hands moments, and conferences.

Topics span what organisations are most often navigating: change, resilience, leadership effectiveness, AI adoption, culture, and what it means to lead from inside complexity.

Depending on the brief, we work as a full team or in a focused pairing.

The right combination depends on what the situation actually needs.

The right model depends on what the situation is actually asking for.

The first conversation helps establish that.

Starting the conversation

You don’t need to have it figured out before you get in touch.

Most leaders arrive with a sense of what isn’t working and a lot of questions about where to start.

That’s exactly the right place to begin.

The first conversation is thirty minutes.

Not a pitch, just an honest conversation about what’s happening, what matters most right now, and whether there’s something worth exploring together.

You’ll leave with more clarity than you arrived with, a better sense of what the situation is actually asking for, and an honest view of whether Lexn is the right fit.

What it’s like to work with us

We take the work seriously, not ourselves.

Sleeves rolled up from the start.

No frameworks imposed, no activity added because it looks right on a plan.

The challenge is real when it needs to be, and so is the support.

What gets brought into the room is whatever the situation needs.

We stay close until what’s been built holds.

Most people find it easier than they expected; not because the work is simple, but because the relationship is.

The work lands best with leaders and teams who want clarity and are willing to act on what it surfaces. Not just sit with it.
